Greetings New T.F.A.G Members,TFAG is for purpose to socialize. To ensure good experience and avoid chaos some rules have been placed. Rules and Guidelines:-1. Members joining through meetup.com or through existing members reference or through social media or what's app link will only be added after verification.
1. TFAG regular/silent Groups - these are any digital groups where every discussion is allowed except sharing content that would be considered as harmful/derogatory/offensive/political/religious/racist.
2. Temporary Groups - these are formed for specific Meetup, where all discussions on meet up activities would take place. This is to maintain focus on all start – end details of the meet up. Details would consist of pick-up points, rendezvous point etc.
Meetups: Indoor and Outdoor
1. Prime objective of the group is to meet each other. Meetups are arranged on sundays or public holidays usually.
2. Members have to register their interest for Meetup in response to circular of Meetup.
3. If you need to cancel after registration, you can do so. In such case you will inform admin/co-admin of change at earliest.
4. All expenses that would rise in Meet up’s would be actual and is to be realized by all the members, including the admin's. The required amount will be announced in the circular.
5. In a meet up where 100% of amount is to be deposited, a deadline would be set.
6. For meetups last minute entries are not allowed. This is just avoid logistics challenges at 11th hour.
7. Post the date of deadline if any T.F.A.G member would still be interested, they would be kept in “waiting list” against cancellation.
8. If a T.F.A.G member has paid advance amount for the meet up, either indoor or outdoor, but decided to drop out due to any reason whatsoever, no refund would be provided.
9. You should attend maximum Meetups as possible and be active in group. Group observer will monitor your presence and activeness in group. If you are inactive for a longer time and do not attend any meetup, he/ she will inform you. If you are still inactive, you will be removed from group.
• Avoiding Sub-Groups -
1. To maintain transparency and in favor of members, only official meetups are allowed.
2. If any individual is found to be independently organizing meetups without informing the admins with deliberate intent in creation of a new group, such an individual would be warned and removed on repetition of the aforementioned activities.
• Code of Conduct & Self-discipline -
A healthy discussion leads to good and lasting friendship, to maintain a smooth chat room experience for all our T.F.A.G members, kindly get well versed with the guidelines. Not adhering to these will lead to removal from group.
1. No Private Messages are allowed from male to female members or vice versa of T.F.A.G. of any nature whatsoever. In case someone complaints about it with proper screenshot, the member doing PM will be removed by admin.
2. All T.F.A.G members are advised to refrain from sharing content that would be considered as harmful/derogatory/offensive/political/religious/racist.
3. If any T.F.A.G member leaves the group without any prior notification whatsoever, they would not be added back in the group.
4. Strictly no business promotions are allowed.
5. Member can not be added by another member or admin or co admin to his or her individual group without permission from founder and Admin panel. If found, both the parties I.e. member and individual group admin will be removed from group.
6. TFAG ADMIN panel will take matters related to only TFAG MEET ups. If same or similar set of members have got into issues or problems or fights in other meet ups or gatherings or parties etc.
Admin panel will not take such issues on board for discussion & reserve the rights to remove such members. Admin & Co-admins (Trustworthy Friendly & Active Group). Admins reserve rights to remove any member without providing any justification.
Any legal matters shall be executed or dealt in jurisdiction of Thane City, Maharashtra state, India.
